Packages to be Treated as Terms & Conditions
Hotels and Airfares are always subject to availability and upon your confirmation & payment. Booking request for hotel will be sent to our Agent overseas and if accepted then we can guarantee. Hotels are always subject to availability. In case of non-availability of hotels mentioned in package, other hotels in same price range (not in terms of Star) will be offered provided available. Otherwise a better hotel is booked with price difference on pilgrims account. Price may also change for Airfare at any time without notice – until tickets are purchased.
ALL PACKAGE PRICES QUOTED are just an indication and not be taken as a final price.
Please reconfirm your onward flights with the airline 72 hours prior to departure. Please reconfirm your meals and seats at the same time.
Check in time for an international flight is 3 hours prior to departure.
Transit hotel is the discretion of airline and for that you have to request them in advance. We do not take any responsibility and travel insurance is recommended. Please ensure visa requirements are met before departure.
Please follow ticketing deadlines or bookings may be cancelled by the airlines.
Non-refundable fare once payment has been made by you, it will be treated as a confirmation that you have checked all details in travel Itinerary / Package and happy to proceed with us.
Refund processing service fee $100 will be charged per ticket.
Our Change and Cancellation Fees
Subject to your refund and remedy rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the following change or cancellation fees will apply to your booking.
- Changes to Domestic bookings will incur a fee of $50 per booking in addition to travel service provider fees.
- Changes to International bookings will incur a fee of $150 per booking in addition to travel service provider fees.
- Cancellations of Domestic bookings will incur a fee of $50 per person (capped at $200 per booking) in addition to travel service provider fees.
- Cancellations of International bookings will incur a fee of $300 per person (capped at $800 per booking) in addition to travel service provider fees.
These change and cancellation fees reflect the reasonable, direct and indirect costs, time and effort incurred or involved in us providing booking and advisory services to you, as well as processing and managing the changes to, or cancellation of, your booking. These charges are for working hours hours from Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm. If any request received after hours. weekends or public holidays, pricing may be changed to double what ever is mentioned above.
Important
- As per IATA, Passenger Name Record (PNR) passport # and contact details, will be updated in system. If you have objection to this, let us know in writing upon booking.
- Air tickets will only be issued when clear funds appear in our bank account. So, any change in fare or non-availability by that time will not be our responsibility.
For Umrah new season prices, which is quoted to you may change due to any change in Umrah and Hajj policies, Hotel rates and AUD exchange rates.
Grant of Umrah visa is the sole discretion of Saudi Consulate without disclosing a reason, at times and in case visa if delayed or refused due to any reason, all expenses/ cost incurred are to be borne by you and we will not be liable for any losses/ charges / deductions / change in fares.
Hotels are always subject to availability so no guarantee- hotels / airfare once booked then its non- refundable.
Hotel bookings will only be sent once the full payment has been received.
Umrah and Hajj packages are quoted as one price in Australian Dollars (No breakup is given or available).
Requested and booked hotels overseas may be changed without any prior notice due to conditions beyond our control. In that case similar hotel will be provided.
All payments are to be made before booking of hotels / prior to issuance of air ticket.
FARES AND TAX ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
